Lowenstein congratulates partner Bruce D. Buechler, Vice Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department, on his nomination by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy to become a judge on the Superior Court of New Jersey. The court holds statewide jurisdiction over statewide and appellate matters. Buechler’s nomination is subject to confirmation by the New Jersey Senate.

Buechler represents business entities such as debtors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, and other financial reorganizations. He has been involved in numerous complex, high-profile matters. He regularly counsels clients seeking resolution of commercial business disputes and has also successfully litigated numerous commercial disputes in both federal and state courts.
