Lowenstein Sandler represented InSite Wireless Group, LLC (InSite), one of the largest privately owned tower and wireless infrastructure companies in the United States, in the acquisition of Repeater Communications Group, LLC, one of the leading operators of leased rooftop telecommunications sites in New York City and surrounding markets.

InSite develops, owns, operates, and manages communications wireless infrastructure facilities primarily for the wireless and broadcast industries. The company’s tower division develops, manages, owns, and operates approximately 2,500 telecommunications towers and sites for wireless carriers across the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and Australia. It has developed and currently operates more than 65 projects across the United States in convention centers, casinos, airports, sports stadiums, and transit systems. With this acquisition, InSite will expand its portfolio of urban rooftop assets and gain a significant foothold in some of the nation’s largest BTA markets.

The Lowenstein deal team included Michael A. Brosse, Nicole Rae Morales, and Michael Walutes.
